User 'XXXX' exists but has no unique key mapping - JIRA-33557

      I come across the same problem when i upgrade JIRA from 4.4 to 6.04. I look up reported issue JIRA-33557. It shows fixes for PostGrad and MySQL. I am using Microsoft SQL 2008. Do you have a fix for Microsoft SQL 2008?
