Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Quick Create Issue dialog
2. Ensure the form has Summary, Time Tracking and one other field that is retained (eg Assignee)
3. Note that the Time Tracking field adds an Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate textfield
4. Check the "Create another" checkbox
5. Create an issue

Expected:

1. Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate fields are shown

Actual:

1. Only the Original Estimate field is shown
