On smaller displays, the sub-tasks menu overlaps "Time Tracking" when viewed in the new "Detailed View" of issue filtering. Even when minimizing the Filter menu, there is still significant overlap. The screen resolution I'm using is 1280 x 800 and default browser zoom. Can reproduce the result in both Chrome and IE10. Other elements on the page, like the Details section, are much more responsive to width changes.
