Time Tracking overlaps with sub-issues time log

      When sub-task have a long 'summary' or 'assignee' with a long display name. The time log of sub-task will crush with the parent issue time tracking section. Tested in IE, Chrome and Firefox.

      To reproduce the problem:

      1. Create an issue and set the Estimated time.
      2. Create few sub-task by using a long summary and/or long user name for assignee. At the same time also set the Estimated time for each.

      Another symptom in IE9 is that, the Subtask's Ordering Arrow is vanishing when being mouse over.
