finding solutions about move issue

hello atlassian,

I am finding a solution to move an issue across projects on the change of a multiSelect custom field. well i have tired to do it through a listener plugin which stands out of the workflow. as mentioned my anton in his comment in the parent issue of this task.

well i have failed because some of the class's funcitons are not working in the jira api otherwise it was just done with my solution for changing the issue project programatically.
