Please add ability to Move Issues between projects via the SOAP / RPC API

      We are trying to build an interface from a legacy ticket system to JIRA. We would like to be able to assign tickets from one group to another where each group has its own JIRA project.

      We cannot find a way to move an issue to a different project via the RPC API.
