Ability for administrator to add personal subscription on behalf of another user

      As an administrator you can take ownership and modify subscriptions, but the ability to add a personal subscription on behalf of another user is not available.

      Looking to see that option implemented as you can currently only add/remove groups but not personal subscriptions.
