Currently, setting a filter with two columns sorted in the right way is not easy to acomplish.

I want an extra screen on which you can specify the following for viewing issues and building filters:

First Sort Column - Accend/Decend*
Second Sort Column - Accend/Decend
Third Sort Column - Accend/Decend
Fourth Sort Column - Accend/Decend

where:

Accend = 'lowest' first
Decend = 'higest' first (Blocker, Bug, Open, newest date, unresolved, newest release)
