Update documentation regarding escaping special characters in JQL

      is incorrect in that this following bug ticket exists showing that it in fact does not work JRA-25092.

      Especially for the '[]', steps to reproduce the problem:

      1. Create a ticket summery is [example]
      2. Search in Advanced search by using JQL: 
        summary ~ "\\[example\\]"

        As introduced [in this doc it should be working

      3. No result will shows up

            Due to the large volume of JIRA feature suggestions, we have to prioritise our development efforts. In part, that means concentrating on those issues that resonate the most with our users.
