Original: The 'Attach Screenshot' action fails with the following error: *{{ClassNotFoundException com.atlassian.jira.screenshot.applet.ScreeshotApplet.class}}* The workaround is to take a screenshot using [your operating system's usual method|http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/] and then upload the resulting file using JIRA's 'Attach file' action. h4. Update This has been fixed for all Atlassian OnDemand instances. *Safari* browser might require its cache to be cleared before the fix will be in effect.
