Assign-to-me shortcut key doesn't assign the correct issue in issue nav

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for issues (not assigned to yourself)
2. Press 'i' to assign the first issue to yourself.
3. Select the next row by pressing 'j'.
4. Press 'i' again.

Bug: The dialog shows the previous issue key and not the currently selected issue key.
