clicking a row in issue navigator does not select the row.

      i've been adding labels to issues using the "L" keyboard shortcut. But if the item I want is far down the page, it's easier to just click the issue first and then hit "L".

      However, clicking the issue doesn't select it. JIRA makes me hit "K" 24 times to move the selection down.
