Workflow Names With Special Characters Breaks the Workflow Diagram

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Create a workflow with the name containing the character '&'
      • Associate the same with one of the projects
      • Create an issue and click the link (View Workflow) (just below the Status) (You may need to adjust the project permission to get the View Workflow link)

      Expected Results:

      • The workflow diagram is shown

      Actual Results:

      • It throws an exception in the logs and screen displays and error message.
