In the OnDemand Support project in SAC, we have a long list of components that start with "restricted functions - ". If you don't start typing anything in the Components field and just hit the down arrow, you get the full list of components. However, if I type "restricted functions", JIRA shows only the first 15 options and says at the bottom "15 more options. Continue typing to refine further". The problem there is that I don't know exactly how the component I'm looking for is named, so I end up needing to delete what I've just typed and hit the down arrow to view the whole list.

It would be a much nicer experience just to display the whole list of matches.
