      Steps to replicate:

      1. Create a comment handler from JIRA Incoming Mail Service
      2. Use MsOutlook 2010 and create an email to comment on an issue. The content of the message contains newline:
      3. When the email's content is captured and added as a comment, the content places a newline with additional empty new line
