JIRA 5.2 Installer Service is using Tomcat 6 instead of Tomcat 7

      Reproduce

      1. Have a running JIRA instance that you want to upgrade to JIRA 5.2
      2. Perform the upgrade through the JIRA installer
      3. The result is that the JIRA service cannot be started

      Cause

      The path to executable is still pointing to the old Tomcat6w instead of the new Tomcat7w

      Workaround
