JIRA windows installer does not update windows service

    Description

      When using the JIRA windows installer distribution for upgrade, it does not appear to update the windows service.

      Platform: Windows Server 2008 RC1

      I suspect it is because the newest JIRA uses Tomcat7 while the previous releases use Tomcat6, so the old service entry is still pointing at the tomcat6.exe.
