1. Filter issues in Labs search
2. Try to add new criteria, not allowed for that search
3. Hover the mouse over the exclamation mark to display the wrong search criteria information
4. Without moving the mouse, type in new criteria

The information box will not be removed even if you search with new criteria, and will display on top of any other window or box (e.g. Create Issue).
