      According to andreask:

      I think it's meant to be thrown if the user tried to submit a custom form with form validation errors due to required field not being there

      Looks like there may be a bug in that code though now that I look at it
      I'd probably raise a bug for this: 1. it's not very clear what it means and 2. I don't think it's working correctly

      Mighty Poland should be able to improve htis
