    Description

      This is almost similar to bug JRA-2787 (which was closed with no comment !). I REALLY need to be able to change the Reporter of a bug (in the administrator section for example) as you often need to know who can give you more information on the request (usually the reporter).

      For example, this morning I had a bug entered by mistake by an 'anonymous' user. This was a configuration mistake (anonymous are not allowed anymore to create issues), but right now I have no way to reaffect it to the real reporter...
