The "Create Issue" step1 shows a drop-down box for "issue type", which requires at least 2 mouse clicks when changing types. Also new users will also unfold the selection list to learn what is possible there.
Since the issue types are of limited amount, a sereis of radio buttons would be more appropiate. This would save at lead one click when entering new issues.
One drawback I see would be that two different controls are displayed in the same view, which could be avoided using a single selection list instead of radio buttons.
Since issue types are configurable, maybe a threshhold is needed to fall back to the current drop-down list. The single selection list form would not need this threshhold.
