When clicking on the slider of 'Project' field to go through the list of projects, it closes the list in IE9.

    Description

      When I create an issue, I can't use the lift bar to go through project list.
      As soon as I click on the slider, it closes the list.
      I have to navigate through the list with the arrow key.

      When users create an issue, they can't use the lift bar to go through project list. as soon as they click on the slider, it closes the list.

      The only current workaround is to navigate through the list of projects using the arrow key.
