Allow multiple owners for a dashboard

      Many times we have team memebers collaborating on a dashboard (or filter). Right now, we cannot figure out how to allow anybody other than the owner to edit the dashboard. This is definitely less than ideal, and we'd much prefer the owner have the ability to add other owners.

      I know there is a feature where administrators can change ownership, but this is definitely something different. None of us are the jira admins, but we do want to share the dashboard ownership amongst us.
