Create a user with username "testuser"
Login with username "testuser"
Create an issue from the dashboard.
Notice that the issue is listed in the "Issues" menu item from "testuser".
Inside the LDAP directory, create a user "TestUser".
Move the LDAP directory to the top.
(BUG) Reload the dashboard. Notice that the "Issues" menu item does not contain the issue you created for "TestUser".

It looks like the "owner" of a UserHistoryItem is case sensitive. This will also affect current project and current dashboard calculation.
