- Create a user with username "testuser"
- Login with username "testuser"
- Create a new issue filter
- Subscribe to the filter.
- Inside the LDAP directory, create a username "TestUser"
- Move the LDAP directory to the top
- (BUG) Look at the subscriptions for the filter you just created. Note that the subscription just created is no longer owned by the current user "TestUser" (i.e. there are no operations that you can perform on the subscription).
