jira-quick-edit-plugin hides the 'e' keyboard shortcut

      As part of the fix for JRA-27140, I have made keyboard shortcut overrides work properly in the "View Keyboard Shortcuts" page.

      The jira-quick-edit-plugin's edit shortcut has hidden=true (I assume as a workaround to JRA-27140) so when it now correctly overrides the built-in 'e' shortcut it also hides it from the view keyboard shortcuts page.
