Tempo and GH use same Global Shortcut and the shortcut does not work in OnDemand

      1. Launch the KeyBoard Short cuts dialog using 'Shift' + '?'
      2. Observe that TEmpo and GreenHopper use the same Global Shortcut

      'g' and 't'.

      When both GreenHopper and Tempo are enabled on an instance, this shortcut does nothing.

      Disabling one of them, works for another. E.g. If GH is disabled then 'g' and 't' shows the Tempo screen and vice - versa.
