Make it easier to search via project components in IssueNavigator

If the IssueNavigator is shown without a specific project selected, the project level search fields do not appear in the search options on the left. You cannot search by project version, component, etc. unless you first select a project, then click "View", then select the version or component.

It would be easier if instead the Project level fields appeared immediately after selecting a project from the drop-down. It could be as simple as just reloading the page with the new query string after the project is chosen from the drop-down.
