Javascript submit when you change Project selection in Search Filter

The fields that you can search on (versions/components/custom fields) are entirely dependant on you project selection (or not at all valid if you are searching across all projects).

Currently, in order to do a project-specific search, you have to do a "dummy search" just in order to get the right page to search from..

This is not very intuitive, and it tends to throw our users - we get LOTS of questions on this.
