Uppercase username from Crowd does not work with User Profile Activity Stream

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a user 'ADMIN' in Crowd
      2. Login to JIRA with the user 'ADMIN' from Crowd
      3. Make sure that the username is uppercase 'ADMIN' in the User Profile
      4. Create a ticket
      5. The activity is not captured in the User Profile Activity Stream
      6. However, the activity is captured in the Project Activity Stream

      Workaround

      1. Enable Lower Case Output from Crowd >> Application >> Option
      2. Recreate the directory in JIRA server and synchronize
