      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      /secure/admin/ConfigureLogging.jspa currently allows to change the logging level of existing loggers. It would be desirable to be able to add new loggers at runtime.
