Description
The installer attempts to run the command useradd with the -K option to add the jira user. However, on OpenSuSE/SLES distros, the useradd command does not support the -K option.
-K, --key KEY=VALUE overrides /etc/login.defs defaults
On later versions of openSUSE, it does support a similar option, --umask. However, the current enterprise version of SUSE does not yet support that option, so it'll be likely that the installer will have to set the permissions post-useradd.
I've attached the SUSE man page for useradd, you can read it by running:
nroff -man useradd.8 | less
