Using the 'Select List Renderer' causes fields to show both a text field and a select list field.

Steps to reproduce (for components):

• Go to Administration > Field Configurations > Default Field Configuration > Renderers (for Component/s field)
• Change the Active Renderer to 'Select List Renderer'
• Create new issue
• Notice the two fields for components.

Note that this affect all fields, not just components. I've checked this with 'Affects Version/s' and 'Fix Verion/s'.
