Steps:
1. open the Field Configuration
2. find a version field
3. change the rendered to Select List Renderer
4. open an issue using that field config for editing
5. look at the version field that you changed the rendered for

Observed:
The UI control for the Autocomplete renderer is displayed over the Select List renderer UI. The Autocomplete control is disabled but cannot be removed.

Expected:
When I switch renderers, the UI for the one not in use should go away.
