Steps to reproduce

1. Search any issue in issue navigator
2. Click save to save current filter
3. Put filter name and click on Save

Select Filter case 1

• Click on Issues>Any filters under Favorite filters

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on Issues>manage Filter
2. Click on any of below filters tab
   • favorite
   • My
   • Popular
3. Click on any filter

All scenarios above will bring the IE8 browser windows to bottom layer. Please refer to screenshot attached.
