IE8: Lost focus when navigating from issue detail to issue navigator

    Description

      In IE 8 and IE7: Viewing an issue in detail view then changing to the issue navigator by clicking on the "ISSUES" tab or "return to search"-link sends the Jira window (IE) to the background and shifting up another application (here Outlook)

      The same actions done with Mozilla Firefox works well.
