Attach Screen shot doesn't works in Firefox 4 MAC OS version

      Step to reproduce

      1. Install Firefox 4 in MAC OS 10.6.7
      2. Attach a screenshot via More Action>Attach Screenshot in a issue screen.
      3. A pop up box from JAVA request user to update JAVA version to latest version using Sotfware Update feature.
      4. JAVA version is up to date for the moment this report filed (build 1.6.0_24-b07-334-10m3326), hence this function is not useable.
      5. For more detail refer to the attached screenshot.

      Finding

      • Tested Firefox 4 in other OS ( WIN XP ), no problem reported.
      • Tested with Firefox 3.6.x, no problem.
      • Only happen specific to Firefox 4 in MAC OS.

      Workaround

      1. Firefox 4 is currently not supported, please use Firefox 3.6.x or other supported browsers.
