When I have queried for a list of issues, I'd like to be able to use the bulk edit abilities to add a label to some/all of the issues. When adding a label, it overwrites/deletes any existing labels on the issue. Bulk editing of labels should be additive, or even better give an option to be additive or overwrite any existing.
