After creating an issue, I can click start progress succesfully but the issue then shows both start and stop progress links. Clinking on either results in this exception:

No view for result [error] exists for action [WorkflowUIDispatcher]

The requested resource (No view for result [error] exists for action [WorkflowUIDispatcher]) is not available.

It also seems to me that if an issue has started, then it shouldn't have the Start Progress link visible.
