It would be nice to be able to suspend an issue and reactivate it on a triggered event. The event could typically be a timer (re-activate on given date) or an event triggered by another issue.
It would be particulary useful for issues with linked dependencies.
E.g. Issue A depends on issue B, suspend issue A until issue B is resolved, and then re-activate it.
