Jasper exception when trying to add a zip containing a file with an ' (apostrophe) character in its name

      Hi guys,

      When trying to add a zip containing a file with an ' (apostrophe) character in a name, Jasper exception is thrown and the issue is no more accessible.

      This issue origins from https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-67505.

      Is easily reproduced on 4.2 as well.

      Reproduction step:
      Try to add an issue with the attached test+'+quote.zip file
