And I can confirm the same occurs in JIRA v5.2.5

A similar problem still exists in JIRA 6, see test issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TST-52162

In preview, bullet points with sub bullet points are given a space before the main bullet point if the main bullet point is in bold. When rendered, a space is given after the main bullet point in bold, not before. Example below.

            • Test a, not in bold, displays the same in preview and when rendered
              • Subheading
              • sub
            • Test b in bold which when rendered, does not display the same as in preview
              • next sub
              • sub
            • Test c not in bold
              • subheading
              • next subheading

We use Jira 4.4.3 and have this problem for our custom fields (though it works fine in the description field which this ticket was for).

Since this is open, but has a (past) fix version, should we expect it could be worked on? Or will this ticket be passed over since it has a released fix version?

            Hello team,
I'm reopening this bug because we're facing the same behavior in JIRA 4.4.3 and JIRA 4.4.4.

            Ticket for reference: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-119404

Could you please take a look on it?
