Closing the Attachments section doesn't persist on the view issue screen for FF 3.6.9 on RHEL5

      I see this behavior on the view issue page for this ticket (JIRA v4.2#587) using Firefox 3.6.9 on RHEL5.

      I just checked Firefox 3.5.5 and IE 8 on Windows and neither exhibits the problem (the open/closed status persists.)

      Steps to reproduce:

      #. Visit http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-20652
      #. Close the "Attachments" section
      #. Click "JRA-20652" at the top of the page. Attachments is now open
