When initially installing JIRA with the installer, could launch JIRA with the option at the end. But then when trying to start again later, couldn't for several reasons, one of which being there was no JAVA_HOME defined. But shouldn't the installer have defined this? And how did it work at all initially? Not sure if this is related to JRA-22049 at all.
