Pie chart slice labels (projects) in multi byte characters (Greek,Korean, Japanese, Chinese etc.) are not displayed in correct encoding

      While every aspect in JIRA's UI is fine in terms of Greek language support, we have an issue with pie chart slice labels. See attached screenshot
