i18n problem in JIRA Charting Plugin

    Description

      some of the portlet are displaying with the default language - French (after changing the default language - to English)
      They are :: Created vs Resolved Issues Chart
      Resolution Time Chart

      Here , I have attached the screenshot of the portlet
      can You tell me - How to change the language to English
