Filters break when you login via LDAP with incorrect case

      With LDAPCredentialsProvider, authentication is not case-sensitive. If you login with different case (eg: UserA) to that which is recorded in Jira (eg: usera), filters involving username (eg: Assigned to Me, In Progress etc.) return no results.
