      For example, if a French admin enables the time tracking then all users will see days as "j" rather than "d".

      1. Login as an admin with French Locale.
      2. Enable time tracking as a user with french locale. Make sure you use the "DAYS" format.
      3. Login as a user with English locale.
      4. View an issue with time tracking. Notice that days is abbreviated "j".
