Translation of time tracking estimates not working

      We are using JIRA Enterprise Edition with the global default language 'German'. If a user changes his language settings back to English, he still gets the time estimates in the time tracking area of the issue screen in German, e.g. '1 Tag, 4 Stunden' instead of '1 day, 4 hours'.
