A great improvement to the shared dashboard feature would be the ability to set permissions on it to allow other users or groups to edit/change the dashboard. A further enhancement (similar to Confluence space permissions) would be the ability to restrict editing to allow/deny the ability to remove portlets, restricting to only add or edit.
